What Rebirth Does in Anime Dice
Rebirth is a cash reset with a permanent multiplier. When you confirm it, Cash goes to zero. The Rebirth panel shows the current Luck multiplier and the next one, and the same for the Cash multiplier. Those new multipliers apply on their own. The Luck and Cash upgrade tree is a separate cash purchase, and those upgrades stay after the reset.
The button sits on the left side of the screen, between Shop and Index. Open it before you confirm, and read both the cash requirement and the two before-and-after multiplier rows. If the requirement on your panel does not match a number you saw in a guide, use the panel.
| Part of the run | After you confirm |
|---|---|
| Cash | Resets to zero. Cash above the requirement is deleted too. |
| Luck multiplier | Moves to the next value printed on the Rebirth panel. |
| Cash multiplier | Moves to the next value printed on the Rebirth panel. |
| Units on the plot | Stay placed and keep earning. |
| Dice and cash upgrades | Stay. They are not sold back or cleared. |
| Grade and Trait on a unit | Stay on that copy. |
| Gems and Trait Rerolls | Stay in your balances. |
Rebirth Cash Requirements
The first two rebirths. From the third onward, the cash requirement and the next multipliers are the numbers on your Rebirth panel.
The first rebirth is the $50,000 cash reset that moves both multipliers from 1x to 1.5x. The second is the $5,000,000 reset that moves them from 1.5x to 2x. From the third rebirth onward, the panel prints the next cash requirement and the next multiplier pair. Use that screen each time. It stays current when a later update changes a checkpoint.
Current versions keep going well past those two steps. Older gameplay already reaches later multiplier stages, and the cash required at those stages is large enough that a starter plot cannot pay it. Later thresholds can move when the game updates. The in-game Rebirth panel is the number to use, including when it shows a final multiplier step.
A higher multiplier is account progress. The Cash multiplier makes the units already on your plot earn more. The Luck multiplier improves later rolls. Neither one restores the cash you just deleted, so the plot has to earn the next requirement itself.
| Rebirth | Cash required | Luck and Cash multipliers |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | $50,000 | 1x to 1.5x |
| 2 | $5,000,000 | 1.5x to 2x |
When to Rebirth in Anime Dice
Press Rebirth when the panel requirement is affordable and the units on your plot can earn that kind of cash again without a long stall. The first $50,000 reset is worth taking once you can spend down to it and still have units placed. Waiting with a huge unused balance does not help, because the unused part is deleted.
Do not rebirth if the only units you have are plain starters and the next requirement is one of the large later figures. The multipliers help, but they multiply the income of the units you kept. A plot of Naroto and Ichiga rebuilds a $50,000 reset. It does not comfortably rebuild a hundreds-of-millions reset.
Extra plot slots are also reported as you rebirth, which is another reason the kept units matter. More pads only help after you have units worth placing on them. Use the character list and the tier list to decide who goes back down first.
- 1
Read the panel
Open Rebirth and check the cash requirement plus the next Luck and Cash multipliers. That screen is the cost that matters.
- 2
Spend cash above the cost
Buy the next dice or the next Money and Luck upgrades you can afford. Leftover cash is wiped, so do not sit on a large surplus.
- 3
Leave keepers on pads
Units stay. A full plot of your best income copies is what rebuilds cash after the number hits zero.
- 4
Confirm, then refill
Press Rebirth. Cash reads zero and the multipliers update. Put a unit on every pad you have so income starts again immediately.
Common questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What does rebirth do in Anime Dice?
It sets Cash to zero and raises the Luck multiplier and the Cash multiplier to the next values on the Rebirth panel. Units, dice, upgrades, Gems and Trait Rerolls stay.
How much is the first Anime Dice rebirth?
The first rebirth costs $50,000 cash and moves Luck and Cash from 1x to 1.5x. The second costs $5,000,000 and moves both from 1.5x to 2x. Use the panel for every rebirth after that.
Do units stay after rebirth?
Yes. Units stay on the plot, and the Grade and Trait on each copy stay with it. Cash is the balance that is cleared.
When should I rebirth?
When you can pay the panel's cash requirement, you have spent the surplus on dice or upgrades, and the units you are keeping can earn that cash again. Do not hold a large extra balance, because it is deleted.
